Nestlé vollzieht den Verkauf von Nestlé Skin Health - Nestlé hat heute den Vollzug des Verkaufs von Nestlé Skin Health bekanntgegeben. Käufer ist ein Konsortium, das von EQT und einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) angeführt wird. Der Verkaufspreis beträgt CHF 10,2 Milliarden.
