With five new ETFs from UBS, the selection available on SIX Swiss Exchange has risen to 1,000 products
Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are funds that are traded over an exchange and do not have maturity caps. SIX Swiss Exchange is among the pioneers of ETF trading in Europe, having already launched its segment in 2000 with two products on STOXX indices. Since then, the number of products has continued to grow from year to year. 162 products were added in 2014 alone. With the five ETFs listed by UBS today, the selection of ETFs now comprises 1,000 products from 18 issuers.

Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) sind börsengehandelte Fonds ohne Laufzeitbeschränkung. SIX Swiss Exchange zählt zu den Pionieren des ETF-Handels in Europa und lancierte das Segment bereits im Jahr 2000 mit zwei Produkten auf STOXX Indizes. Seither ist die Anzahl Produkte von Jahr zu Jahr kontinuierlich gestiegen. Allein im Jahr 2014 kamen 162 weitere Produkte hinzu. Mit den fünf ETFs, die UBS heute kotiert, umfasst die Auswahl an ETFs 1‘000 Produkte von 18 Emittenten.

Les Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) sont des fonds négociés en Bourse, sans limitation de durée. SIX Swiss Exchange compte parmi les pionniers du négoce des ETF en Europe, puisqu’elle a lancé ce segment en 2‘000 déjà, avec deux produits sur des indices STOXX. Leur nombre n’a ensuite cessé de croître, d’année en année. Rien qu’en 2014, 162 nouveaux ETF s’y sont ajoutés. Avec les cinq nouveaux ETF qu’UBS fait coter aujourd’hui, le choix comporte désormais 1‘000 produits de 18 émetteurs différents.
