On 30 January 2015, Alpha PetroVision Holding Ltd, St. Gallen applied for the delisting of all of its registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.10 each (Swiss Security Number 18’900’932 / ISIN CH0189009324). SIX Exchange Regulation granted this application on 26 February 2015. The delisting takes place on Wednesday, 30 September 2015, the last trading day on SIX Swiss Exchange will thus be on Tuesday, 29 September 2015.

Januar 2015 die Dekotierung sämtlicher an SIX Swiss Exchange kotierter Namenaktien zu je CHF 0.10 Nennwert (Valoren-Nr. 18‘900‘932, ISIN CH0189009324) beantragt. SIX Exchange Regulation hat diesem Gesuch am 26. Februar 2015 entspro-chen. Die Dekotierung erfolgt am Mittwoch, 30. September 2015, letzter Handelstag an SIX Swiss Exchange ist somit der Dienstag, 29. September 2015.

Le 30 janvier 2015, Alpha PetroVision Holding SA, Saint-Gall a demandé la décotation de toutes les actions nominatives avec une valeur nominale de CHF 0.10 par action (Numéro de valeur 18'900'932, ISIN CH0189009324). SIX Exchange Regulation a agréé cette requête le 26 février 2015. La décotation aura lieu le mercredi, 30 septembre 2015, le dernier jour de négoce à SIX Swiss Exchange sera le mardi, 29 septembre 2015.
