     News Flash No. 8 / Changes in the board of directors 
The canton of Zurich appoints two new members of the board of directors.

In accordance with article 762 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the canton of Zurich has a statutory entitlement to appoint three of eight persons to the board of directors.
According to an official communication by the government council of the canton of Zurich, Lukas Briner andMartin Wetter, who both are delegated since 2005, will step down from the board of directors at the general meeting of shareholders 2015. New representatives of the major shareholder of Flughafen Zürich AG in the board of directors – still together with member of the government council Ernst Stocker – will be Eveline Saupper and Vincent Albers.
