SIX Exchange Regulation reaches an agreement with NEBAG AG

SIX Exchange Regulation has reached an agreement with NEBAG AG in connection with a breach

of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the 2014 interim financial statements.

The identified deficiencies relate to the presentation of the financial statements and the fair value

disclosures. The company will correct the errors in the 2014 annual financial statements and in

the 2015 interim financial statements and will make a payment of CHF 5,000 to the IFRS

Foundation as part of the agreement.

SIX Exchange Regulation einigt sich mit NEBAG AG

SIX Exchange Regulation hat sich mit der NEBAG AG im Zusammenhang mit Verstössen gegen

die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS) im Halbjahresabschluss 2014 geeinigt. Die

festgestellten Mängel beziehen sich auf die Darstellung der Jahresrechnung und auf

Offenlegungen zum Fair Value. Die Gesellschaft korrigiert die Fehler im Jahresabschluss 2014

sowie im Halbjahresabschluss 2015 und wird als Teil der Einigung eine Zahlung von CHF 5'000 an

die IFRS-Foundation leisten.

SIX Exchange Regulation a conclu un accord avec NEBAG SA suite à des infractions aux normes

comptables (IFRS) dans les comptes semestriels 2014. Les manquements constatés concernent

la présentation des comptes annuels ainsi que la présentation des justes valeurs. La société

corrigera ces erreurs dans ses comptes annuels 2014 et ses comptes semestriels 2015; selon les

termes de l’accord intervenu, elle versera également un montant de CHF 5'000 à la Fondation

IFRS.
