Bucher Industries AG: Generalversammlung 2015 genehmigt Dividende von CHF 6.50 pro Aktie Dienstag, 14. April 2015 - 18:05

An der 31. ordentlichen Generalversammlung der Bucher Industries AG waren 66.32% der Stimmen vertreten und 238 Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre persönlich anwesend. Sie genehmigten alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrats und eine Dividende in gleicher Höhe wie im Vorjahr von CHF 6.50 je Namenaktie.

Mit der Dividende von CHF 6.50 pro Namenaktie schüttet Bucher Industries AG eine Dividendensumme von CHF 66.6 Mio. aus. Ab 16. April 2015 wird die Aktie ohne Anspruch auf Dividende gehandelt. Ab 20. April 2015 wird die Dividende nach Abzug von 35% Verrechnungssteuer ausbezahlt. 

Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre haben sämtliche Mitglieder und den Präsidenten des Verwaltungsrats sowie die Mitglieder des Vergütungsausschusses in Einzelabstimmungen gewählt. Sie genehmigten die Statutenänderung für die Festlegung des Gesamtbetrags der festen Vergütung der Konzernleitung für das der Generalversammlung folgende Geschäftsjahr. Ferner genehmigten die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre erstmals die maximalen Gesamtbeträge der variablen Vergütung der Konzernleitung für das Geschäftsjahr 2014, der Vergütung des Verwaltungsrats in der nächsten Amtsperiode und der festen Vergütung der Konzernleitung für das Geschäftsjahr 2016. 2015 annual general meeting approves dividend of CHF 6.50 per share

At the 31st annual general meeting of shareholders of Bucher Industries AG, 66.32% of the votes were represented and 238 shareholders attended in person. They approved all the proposals of the board of directors and a dividend at the same level as the previous year: CHF 6.50 per registered share.

With a dividend of CHF 6.50 per registered share, Bucher Industries AG distributed a total dividend payout of CHF 66.6 million. As of 16 April 2015 the shares will be traded without the right to dividends. The dividend will be paid from 20 April 2015,net of 35% withholding tax.

In individual votes the shareholders re-elected all the members and the chairman of the board of directors as well as the members of the remuneration committee. They approved the amendments to the articles of association regarding determination of the aggregate amount of fixed remuneration for members of group management for the financial year following the annual general meeting. The shareholders also approved the maximum amounts of variable remuneration for group management for the 2014 financial year, the remuneration for the board of directors in the next term of office and the fixed remuneration for group management for the 2016 financial year.
