ALTIN: Invitation to the Annual General Meeting
Baar, 15 April 2015 – ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the Swiss alternative investment company, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 11 May 2015 at 2:00pm (Swiss time) at Parkhotel Zug, Industriestrasse 14, in Zug.
Among the various items of the agenda, the cancellation of the 374’161 shares acquired as a result of the put options programme launched on 27 February 2015 will be proposed to the AGM. Upon approval, this will result in a reduction of the Company’s share capital by 9.78%.
