Peach Property Group AG: Annual General Meeting approves all proposals

Zurich, 8 May 2015 – The shareholders of Peach Property Group AG, a leading investor in residential and commercial real estate, approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors with clear majorities at today’s Annual General Meeting. Overall, 56 percent of the company’s voting capital was represented at the meeting.

Among the resolutions adopted by the AGM was the creation of authorised capital of CHF 2 million and an increase of conditional capital from CHF 155,935 to CHF 200,000. Furthermore, the shareholders approved changes in the company’s bylaws owing to the Swiss Ordinance Against Excessive Compensation in Listed Companies (“VegüV”).

The property and financial expert Reto A. Garzetti (55) was elected as President of the Board of Directors. The members of the Board nominated for re-election, Peter E. Bodmer and Dr. Christian De Prati, were re-elected for one-year terms of office. The previous President of the Board of Directors, Dr. Corinne Billeter-Wohlfahrt, and the former Board members Dr. Christian Wenger and Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger did not stand for re-election. Martin Eberhard had already declared his resignation in March 2015. As a result, the Board of Directors was downsized from six to three members.

In his capacity as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger will concentrate on implementing the strategy to focus on investment properties and standardised appreciation.
