ZURICH, Switzerland – 8th June 2015 –Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) the company creating and connecting communities across mobile, announces that its Twitter SMS service is now live at Vivo, the largest of the Telefonica operators in LATAM with over 97,2 million accesses. This service, powered by Myriad’s SMS social-flow gateway, allows Vivo clients without a Twitter account and using any GSM device, to receive curated notifications. Additionally, Twitter registered users can tweet, retweet, follow and message other Twitter users via SMS.
This announcement follows the recent partnership with Telefonica, through which Myriad Sub Data Division was selected to offer social networking aggregation services to Telefonica’s mobile subscribers across twelve countries in Latin America.
Myriad’s unique ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, including rich access to social networking on feature and basic phones, offers operators a unique opportunity to deliver next-generation services to all mobile users, of which Twitter SMS on Vivo is a good example.
