Zurich, Switzerland, July 1, 2015: Pursuant to Art. 9 and 21 of the Stock Exchange Ordinance-FINMA, SESTO-FINMA, Adecco S.A. discloses the following:
The shareholding of Adecco S.A. has been reduced to below 3% of the share capital of the company following the completion of the share cancellation, registered with the Commercial Register on June 26, 2015 and published in the Swiss Commercial Gazette on July 1, 2015.
