Zurich Airport News Flash No. 15 / Change in the board of directors Mittwoch, 08. Juli 2015 - 17:50

Based on the articles of association and in accordance with article 762 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the canton of Zurich is entitled to appoint three out of eight persons to the board of directors of Flughafen Zürich AG. 

According to an official communication by the government of the canton of Zurich, Ernst Stocker, who is delegated since 2010, will step down from the board of directors as of now. New representative of the major shareholder of Flughafen Zürich AG in the board of directors – together with the current representatives from the canton Eveline Saupper and Vincent Albers – will be Carmen Walker Späh.
