SIX Securities Services Ltd is selling SIX SAG Ltd and therefore its business in the areas of share register services and general meetings for third companies. The disposal will permit SIX Securities Services Ltd to focus even more strongly on its core business. The buyer is Computershare Ltd, the market leader in the area of bank-independent issuer services. Computershare will take over the entire business and workforce of SIX SAG Ltd upon completion of the transaction, scheduled to take place in the fourth quarter of 2015 at the latest.

SIX Securities Services AG veräussert SIX SAG AG und damit ihr Geschäft in den Bereichen Aktienregisterführung und Generalversammlungen für Drittgesellschaften. Mit der Veräusserung konzentriert sich SIX Securities Services AG stärker auf ihr Kerngeschäft. Käuferin ist Computershare Ltd, die bankenunabhängige Marktführerin im Bereich Emittentenservices. Mit Abschluss der Transaktion spätestens im vierten Quartal 2015 wird Computershare sämtliche Dienstleistungen und Mitarbeitenden von SIX SAG AG übernehmen.

En cédant SIX SAG SA, SIX Securities Services SA cède également son activité liée à la tenue de registres d’actions et à l’organisation d’assemblées générales pour des sociétés tierces. SIX Securities Services SA se concentre ainsi davantage sur son activité de base. L’acquéreur est Computershare Ltd, entreprise indépendante des banques leader en matière de services aux émetteurs. Computershare reprendra l’ensemble des prestations et collaborateurs de SIX SAG SA au plus tard dans le courant du quatrième trimestre 2015.
