SIX is selling STOXX and Indexium to Deutsche Börse for CHF 650 million

 

SIX is selling its shares in the joint ventures STOXX AG and Indexium AG to Deutsche Börse. The rights to all Swiss indices (including SMI and SPI) are not affected by the sale and will still be held and operated by SIX.

 

 

SIX veräussert STOXX und Indexium an die Deutsche Börse für CHF 650 Mio.

 

SIX veräussert ihre Anteile an den Gemeinschaftsunternehmen STOXX AG und Indexium AG an die Deutsche Börse AG. Die Rechte an allen Schweizer Indices (unter anderem SMI und SPI) sind nicht von dem Verkauf betroffen und werden weiterhin von SIX gehalten und betrieben.

 

 

SIX vend STOXX et Indexium à la Bourse allemande pour CHF 650 millions

 

SIX cède ses parts dans les entreprises communes STOXX SA et Indexium SA à Deutsche Börse AG. Les droits relatifs à tous les indices suisses (notamment SMI et SPI) ne sont pas concernés par la vente, seront conservés et continueront d’être exploités par SIX.
