Altdorf/Kairo, 9. September 2015 - Im Zuge der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Strategie der Gruppe, die Monetarisierung der Landreserven zu beschleunigen, unterzeichnet OHD eine Vereinbarung mit ALCOM for Touristic Development S.A.E., einer Hassan Allam Properties Gesellschaft. Die Vereinbarung umfasst die Subentwicklung eines Grundstückes in El Gouna mit einer Grösse von 100,000 m2. Die Vertragssumme beträgt USD 20 Millionen (CHF 19.5 Millionen), wovon OHD bereits 15% erhalten hat. Hassan Allam Properties ist einer der führenden Grundstücksentwickler in Ägypten. Ihr Portfolio umfasst unter anderem Luxusresidenzen und Erholungsanlagen sowie Grundstücke unter Entwicklung in Ägypten mit einer Fläche von total 4 Millionen m2. ALCOM plant die Realisierung eines Immobilien- und Touristikprojektes am vereinbarten Standort, welcher sich westlich des Ancient Sands Projektes befindet.
