Result of the early termination of the share buyback programme on the second trading line

As announced on 12 October 2015, the share buyback programme on the second trading line at SIX Swiss Exchange was terminated early on 14 October 2015 (last trading day). The buyback programme commenced on 3 June 2013. Under the programme Castle Private Equity Ltd. purchased 5,120,500 of its registered shares, which corresponds to 15.30% of the current outstanding share capital and voting rights. It is intended to seek approval for the cancellation of all registered shares repurchased and not yet cancelled at the Annual General Meeting in 2016.
