CAT Financial Products: Management kauft Mehrheitsbeteiligung an CATFP / Whitelabelling-Plattform / Filialeröffnung in Bern Montag, 19. Oktober 2015 - 12:23

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

 

Wir freuen uns sehr, Ihnen bekannt zu geben, dass die drei Managing Partner Giuliano Glocker, Hans-Peter Kellenberger und Maurizio Maniglia mittels Management-Buyout die Mehrheit der Aktien der CAT Financial Products übernommen haben.

 

Neben der neuen künftigen Aktionärsstruktur wird die einzigartige Life-Cycle Plattform neu per sofort bei Banken angeboten. Bereits konnte fix ein Partner gewonnen werden, weitere Banken befinden sich in der Testphase.

 

Sehr erfreut können wir auch bekanntgeben, dass CATFP in Bern per November eine Filiale eröffnen wird. Mit Beat Burri konnten wir einen sehr erfahrenen Manager für diese Aufgabe finden.
