Im Verlauf des heutigen Tages hat die Credit Suisse bereits ihre neue Strategie und Organisationsstruktur bekannt gegeben. Im Zuge dieser Neuausrichtung wird Pamela Thomas-Graham innerhalb der Bank eine neue Funktion übernehmen. Ihr neuer Titel lautet Chair New Markets, Credit Suisse Group; sie berichtet nach wie vor an den CEO.

Pamela Thomas-Graham konzentriert sich in ihrer neuen Funktion auf den Ausbau des New-Markets-Geschäfts, das sie bis jetzt geleitet hat. Dieses Geschäft besteht seit 2014 und richtet sich an Frauen, afroamerikanische Personen und die Gemeinschaft von Lesben, Schwulen, Bisexuellen und Transsexuellen (LGBT), bei denen die Bank Marktanteile gewinnen will. Die Research-Ergebnisse, exklusiven Veranstaltungen und Neugeldzuflüsse, die von der Einheit New Markets erstellt, organisiert und generiert wurden, sind Beispiele für unsere Möglichkeiten zur optimalen Nutzung zahlreicher guter Chancen für ein organisches Wachstum bei der Credit Suisse.
