Die europäische Kartellbehörde hat heute die geplante Übernahme durch die ALSO Holding AG ohne Auflagen genehmigt. Das Unternehmen ist seit 2001 im IT-Markt tätig und vertreibt Hard-/Software sowie Solutions von namhaften Herstellern. Zusätzlich erbringt die Gruppe umfassende Serviceleistungen im Bereich Lagerhaltung, Logistik, E-Commerce und Merchandising. Mit der Übernahme der breiten Kundenbasis und der bestehenden Lieferantenverträge soll die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von ALSO Polska erhöht und ein noch schnellerer Markteintritt erreicht werden. Die Transaktion soll im November vollzogen werden.

The European cartel authority today unconditionally approved the planned acquisition by ALSO Holding AG. The company has been active in the IT market since 2001 and distributes hardware, software, and solutions from well-known vendors. In addition, the Group delivers comprehensive service solutions in the areas of warehousing, logistics, eCommerce, and merchandising. Through the acquisition of the broad customer base and the existing vendor contracts, the competitiveness of ALSO Polska will be increased and an even faster market entry achieved. The transaction should be completed in November.
