The Swiss Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP) approves Terravis as “alternative platform”

 

The Swiss Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP) approves Terravis as the first digital delivery platform for electronic transactions with the cantonal land registries. The FDJP thus attests that Terravis completely fulfils the technical requirements, including requirements regarding information and access security and availability. This approval represents an important milestone in the history of Terravis.

Das Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement (EJPD) anerkennt Terravis als erste digitale Zustellplattform für den elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr mit den kantonalen Grundbuchämtern. Das EJPD attestiert damit, dass Terravis die technischen Anforderungen u.a. an die Informations- und Zugriffssicherheit sowie an die Verfügbarkeit vollumfänglich erfüllt. Die Anerkennung stellt einen wichtigen Meilenstein in der Geschichte von Terravis dar.

Le Département fédéral de justice et police (DFJP) reconnaît Terravis en tant que première plate-forme de distribution numérique pour les transactions électroniques avec les Offices du registre foncier des cantons. Le DFJP confirme ainsi que Terravis satisfait en tous points aux exigences techniques portant notamment sur la sécurité des informations et des accès ainsi que sur la disponibilité. Cette reconnaissance représente un jalon important dans l’histoire de Terravis.
