Elma verlängert vorzeitig Privatplatzierung im Betrag von CHF 10 Mio. Montag, 02. November 2015 - 07:05

Wetzikon, 2. November 2015 – Elma Electronic AG hat die im Juli 2012 abgeschlossene Privatplatzierung im Betrag von CHF 10 Mio. bei einer Gruppe von privaten Investoren vorzeitig um weitere fünf Jahre verlängert. Die neuen Schuldscheindarlehensbedingungen sehen eine Laufzeit bis 2022 und einen Zinssatz von 2.5% ab Juli 2017 vor, die anderen Vertragsbedingungen bleiben unverändert. Die aufgenommenen Mittel wurden primär zur Rückzahlung von bestehenden Bankverbindlichkeiten verwendet.
