Today's Non-Aviation division will be split into the units Commercial (responsible for the commercial centers and marketing) and Real Estate (construction, development and property management). The current head Non-Aviation, Patrick Candrian, will take on a new professional challenge outside Flughafen Zürich AG and guarantees the smooth transition into the new structure up to his departure. The board of directors thanks Patrick Candrian for his strong commitment and wishes him all the best for the future.

As of February 01, 2016 Stefan Gross will lead the Commercial division. Since 2010, the Swiss citizen Stefan Gross, born in 1969, is the managing director of the shopping center Glatt, the largest shopping center in Switzerland. Previously he had worked for 14 years in various management positions at IKEA in Switzerland and abroad. The search for the head of the Real Estate division is in progress.
