Credit Suisse Group: Salärerhöhungen für Bankangestellte für das Jahr 2016 Dienstag, 24. November 2015 - 10:00

     The Staff Council and the employer representatives of Credit Suisse Group in Switzerland have concluded the salary negotiations for 2016. The social partners have agreed on an increase in the total salary amount in accordance with the Agreement on Conditions of Employment for Bank Staff (ACEBS) of 0.75% for individual and performance-based salary increases for 2016.

The provision applies to employees in Switzerland who are subject to the ACEBS, up to and including those at Assistant Vice President level.

Both the Staff Council and the employer representatives of Credit Suisse Group in Switzerland are pleased to have again found a joint solution.

The salary increases negotiated in previous years were 0.75% for 2014 and 0.9% for 2015.
