'Cubosome' science to slow the caffeine comedown?
Many of us are familiar with the jittery feeling that comes from consuming too much caffeine too quickly. But what if you could drink one beverage and enjoy the boost effect caffeine provides in a slow, sustained way throughout the day?
Scientists at Nestlé Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, have collaborated with EPFL and ETHZ on new research, published in Nature Communications, which could accelerate the development of such foods or supplements.
