Autoneum: Wechsel in der Konzernleitung Donnerstag, 03. Dezember 2015 - 07:07
Andreas Kolf wird ab 1. März 2016 neuer Leiter der Business Group Asia und Mitglied der Konzernleitung der Autoneum Holding AG. Der deutsche Staatsbürger verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer von international tätigen Automobilzulieferunternehmen in Asien. Dr. Uwe Trautmann, seit 2007 Leiter der Business Group Asia, verlässt zum 29. Februar 2016 die Konzernleitung von Autoneum und wird nach Europa zurückkehren. Volker Eimertenbrink, Leiter der Business Group SAMEA (Südamerika, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika), verlässt Autoneum, um neue berufliche Herausforderungen anzunehmen. Bis zur Ernennung seines Nachfolgers übernimmt Dr. Martin Zwyssig, CFO von Autoneum, ab 1. Januar 2016 ad interim die Leitung der Business Group SAMEA.
Dr. Uwe Trautmann, Leiter der Business Group Asia, hat sich aus persönlichen Gründen entschieden, Autoneum zu verlassen und nach über 20 Jahren in Asien nach Europa zurückzukehren. Er führte die Business Group Asia von 2007 bis 2011 als Geschäftsleitungsmitglied der Division Automotive Systems der Rieter Holding AG und seit der Gründung von Autoneum im Mai 2011 als Konzernleitungsmitglied der Autoneum Holding AG. Der Verwaltungsrat der Autoneum Holding AG und CEO Martin Hirzel bedauern das Ausscheiden von Dr. Trautmann, danken ihm für seinen wesentlichen Beitrag bei der Weiterentwicklung der Business Group Asia und wünschen ihm für den neuen Lebensabschnitt alles Gute.
Der Verwaltungsrat der Autoneum Holding AG hat Andreas Kolf per 1. März 2016 zum Leiter der Business Group Asia und Mitglied der Konzernleitung ernannt. In der anschliessenden Übergangsphase wird sein Vorgänger ihn in der Fortführung der Geschäftsaktivitäten unterstützen. Andreas Kolf verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen Automobilzulieferindustrie. Im Anschluss an eine leitende Tätigkeit bei einem Leichtmetallradhersteller in Polen hatte Kolf mit einer kurzen Unterbrechung seit 2002 verschiedene Führungsfunktionen bei dem US-amerikanischen Automobilzulieferer Federal-Mogul inne. Nach Stationen als Global Sales Director und Operations Director für die Region Asien-Pazifik ist er seit 2013 Managing Director von Federal-Mogul in Indien. Im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit als Operations Director für die Region Asien-Pazifik mit Sitz in Shanghai erwarb er profunde Kenntnisse des asiatischen Automobilmarktes. Andreas Kolf hat das Studium der Rechtswissenschaft mit dem zweiten juristischen Staatsexamen vor dem Landesjustizprüfungsamt in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland, abgeschlossen.
Volker Eimertenbrink, Leiter der Business Group SAMEA und Mitglied der Konzernleitung der Autoneum Holding AG, verlässt das Unternehmen, um neue berufliche Herausforderungen anzunehmen. Er übernahm die Leitung der Business Group SAMEA im März 2012. Volker Eimertenbrink war von 2008 bis zum Börsengang von Autoneum 2011 CFO und Geschäftsleitungsmitglied der Division Automotive Systems der Rieter Holding AG. Der Verwaltungsrat der Autoneum Holding AG und CEO Martin Hirzel danken Volker Eimertenbrink für die von ihm geleistete Arbeit und seinen engagierten Einsatz für das Unternehmen und wünschen ihm für die Zukunft alles Gute. Dr. Martin Zwyssig, CFO von Autoneum, übernimmt ab 1. Januar 2016 ad interim bis zur Ernennung eines Nachfolgers die Leitung der Business Group SAMEA.

Change to the Group Executive Board
December 03, 2015Andreas Kolf is to become the new Head of Business Group Asia and a member of the Group Executive Board of Autoneum Holding Ltd on March 1, 2016. A German citizen, he has many years of experience as a managing director of international automotive suppliers in Asia. Dr. Uwe Trautmann, Head of Business Group Asia since 2007, is resigning from the Group Executive Board on February 29, 2016 and will return to Europe. Volker Eimertenbrink, Head of Business Group SAMEA (South America, Middle East and Africa), is leaving Autoneum to take on new professional challenges. Until the appointment of his successor, Dr. Martin Zwyssig, CFO of Autoneum, will assume responsibility as interim Head of Business Group SAMEA from January 1, 2016.
Dr. Uwe Trautmann, Head of Business Group Asia, has decided for personal reasons to leave Autoneum and to return to Europe after more than 20 years in Asia. He headed Business Group Asia from 2007 until 2011 as a member of the Executive Committee of the Automotive Systems Division of Rieter Holding Ltd and served on the Group Executive Board of Autoneum Holding Ltd since its foundation in May 2011. The Board of Directors of Autoneum Holding Ltd and CEO Martin Hirzel regret Dr. Trautmann’s resignation, thank him for his major contribution to the development of Business Group Asia and wish him all the best for this new stage in his life.
The Board of Directors of Autoneum Holding AG is appointing Andreas Kolf to the post of Head of Business Group Asia and member of the Group Executive Board as of March 1, 2016. In the subsequent transition period he will have support from his predecessor in the continuation of business activities. Andreas Kolf has many years of experience in the international automotive supply industry. Following a managerial position at a light alloy wheel manufacturer in Poland, with a short break Kolf has held various management positions at US automotive supplier Federal-Mogul since 2002. After appointments as Global Sales Director and Operations Director for the Asia-Pacific region, since 2013 Kolf has been Managing Director of Federal-Mogul in India. In his capacity as Operations Director for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Shanghai, he acquired a profound knowledge of the Asian automotive market. Andreas Kolf graduated in jurisprudence with the second law exam of the Regional Judicial Examination Office in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Volker Eimertenbrink, Head of Business Group SAMEA and a member of the Group Executive Board of Autoneum Holding Ltd, is leaving the company to take on new professional challenges. He assumed management of the Business Group SAMEA in March 2012. From 2008 until the spin-off of Autoneum in 2011, Volker Eimertenbrink was CFO and member of the Executive Committee of the Automotive Systems Division of Rieter Holding Ltd. The Board of Directors of Autoneum Holding Ltd and CEO Martin Hirzel thank Volker Eimertenbrink for the work he has done and his loyal services for the company and wish him all the best for the future. Dr. Martin Zwyssig, CFO of Autoneum, will assume responsibility as interim Head of Business Group SAMEA as of January 1, 2016 until a successor has been appointed.
