Versy expands sports profile with 7 new U.S. sports channels across various genres including soccer, basketball and hockey
ZURICH, Switzerland – December 15, 2015 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange symbol: MYRN) today announced an expansion of the partnership with Perform Group, the leading digital sports content and media group, launching seven new channels within Versy, Myriad’s unique platform for content discovery and conversation. These new U.S. sports channels provide users with real-time content and enable Perform Group to cultivate communities of passionate fans across a number of sports genres including soccer, basketball and hockey. New channels launched this week are NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, Nascar, College Soccer and Basketball, further broadening the sports portfolio within Versy.
The extended relationship follows the successful launch of Perform Media’s Goal.com football channels on Versy. Since their launch in March 2015, the Goal.com channels have grown an audience of over 370,000 followers, providing users with the ability to discover, share and chat about the latest football content.
