Ascom wechselt zum Swiss Reporting Standard / Ascom changes over to the Swiss Reporting Standard Dienstag, 22. Dezember 2015 - 17:31

SIX Swiss Exchange hat das Gesuch der Ascom Holding AG für den Wechsel des regulatorischen Standards genehmigt. Die Aktien der Ascom Holding AG werden per 31. Dezember 2015 vom International Reporting Standard in den Swiss Reporting Standard der SIX Swiss Exchange AG wechseln. Der Standardwechsel steht im Zusammenhang mit der Umstellung des angewandten Rechnungslegungsstandards von IFRS auf Swiss GAAP FER mit Wirkung per 1. Januar 2015 (vgl. Medienmitteilung vom 8. Oktober 2015).

SIX Swiss Exchange has agreed to Ascom Holding AG's request for a change in regulatory standard. Starting 31 December 2015, shares in Ascom Holding AG will change from the International Reporting Standard to SIX Swiss Exchange AG's Swiss Reporting Standard. The change in standards is associated with the change in the accounting standard used from IFRS to Swiss GAAP FER with effect from 1 January 2015 (see the media release of 8 October 2015).
