LifeWatch AG signs agreement with AliveCor, Inc.  

Zug/Switzerland, January 11, 2016 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange:
LIFE), a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote
diagnostic monitoring services to the digital health market, is pleased to
announce the signing of an agreement with AliveCor Inc. to utilize the
AliveCor(R) Mobile ECG technology in its cardiac monitoring business. We
are working together to integrate the AliveCor Mobile ECG into LifeWatch's
cardiac monitoring product offering.

Dr. Stephan Rietiker, CEO of LifeWatch, commented, "Digital health
