Index adjustments in conjunction with delisting of Transocean Ltd.

SIX Exchange Regulation granted the delisting application of Transocean Ltd. on 17 December, specifying 30 March 2016 as the last trading day for the corresponding registered shares on SIX Swiss Exchange. In connection with this, SIX Swiss Exchange will carry out an extraordinary adjustment to the index composition, effective 21 March 2016, after the close of trading on 18 March 2016 and remove Transocean (ISIN CH0048265513) from the indices of SIX Swiss Exchange.


Indexanpassung anlässlich der Dekotierung von Transocean Ltd.

SIX Exchange Regulation hat am 17. Dezember dem Dekotierungsgesuch von Transocean Ltd. entsprochen und den letzten Handelstag der entsprechenden Namenaktie an SIX Swiss Exchange auf den 30. März 2016 festgelegt. Darauf bezugnehmend wird SIX Swiss Exchange am 18. März 2016 nach Handelsschluss eine ausserordentliche Indexkorbanpassung mit Wirkung ab dem 21. März 2016 vornehmen und Transocean (ISIN CH0048265513) aus den Indices von SIX Swiss Exchange ausschliessen.


Ajustements d'indices à l'occasion de la décotation de Transocean Ltd.

Le 17 décembre, SIX Exchange Regulation a agréé la requête de décotation de Transocean Ltd. et fixé au 30 mars 2016 le dernier jour de négoce à SIX Swiss Exchange de l'action nominative correspondante. SIX Swiss Exchange procédera le 18 mars 2016, après la clôture du négoce, à un ajustement exceptionnel du panier d'indices avec effet au 21 mars 2016 et exclura Transocean (ISIN CH0048265513) des indices de SIX Swiss Exchange.
