Die Bossard Gruppe hat in den vergangenen Jahren grössere Investitionen zum Ausbau der konzerneigenen Infrastruktur getätigt. Im Rahmen dieser Strategie konnte in Hvidovre, bei Kopenhagen ein neues Technologie- und Logistikzentrum Anfang des Jahres bezogen werden. Das neue Zentrum wird eine wichtige Rolle bei der Erschliessung der Region an der Ostsee spielen: Ab Hvidovre können wir Kunden in Dänemark, Schweden, Norwegen, aber auch den baltischen Staaten und Osteuropa effizient mit Produkten und Dienstleistungen versorgen.

Dem neuen Technologiezentrum ist ein hochmodernes Prüflabor für Produktentwicklungen und Produktetests angegliedert, das sich an anspruchsvollen Kundenbedürfnissen orientiert. David Dean, CEO der Bossard Gruppe, betont dazu: „Wir sind der führende Anbieter für Lösungen der Verbindungstechnik in Dänemark. Dank dem neuen Technologiezentrum können wir nun unsere Kompetenz noch besser nutzen. Mit der modernen Infrastruktur in Hvidovre und unserem ausgewiesenen Engineering-Fachwissen werden wir entscheidend zur Produktentwicklung unserer Kunden beitragen können.“ Bossard Dänemark wendet sich mit seinen Produkten und Dienstleistungen vor allem an Industriekunden aus den Bereichen Elektronik und Maschinenbau.

Der Gebäudekomplex in Hvidovre umfasst über 2 300 m² Bürofläche und knapp 7 000 m² Lagerfläche. Das erweiterte Hochregallager ist auf eine Kapazität von 4 500 Tonnen ausgerichtet. Bis zu 150 Personen können am neuen Standort beschäftigt werden. Mit dem für die Entwicklung in der Skandinavien- und Ostseeregion bedeutenden Projekt hat Bossard ambitionierte Ziele hinsichtlich Produktivität und Effizienz umgesetzt. Dank der verkehrsgünstigen Lage in Hvidovre konnten die Transportwege für Kunden und Zulieferer optimiert werden. Insgesamt hat Bossard mit dem neuen Zentrum die Voraussetzungen
geschaffen, damit die Kunden schnell und effizient über die benötigten Waren und Dienstleistungen verfügen können.

Greater efficiency and customer proximity after the relocation

The Bossard Group has made larger investments in the past few years towards expanding the Group’s own infrastructure. The relocation to this new technology and logistics center in Hvidovre, near Copenhagen at the beginning of the year was in line with this strategy. The new center will play an important role in developing the Baltic region: From Hvidovre we can efficiently supply products and services to customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway as well as the Baltic States and Eastern Europe.

Attached to the new technology center is a state-of-the-art testing laboratory for product developments and tests, which is oriented to the challenging customer requirements. David Dean, CEO of the Bossard Group, underlines: “We are the leading provider of fastening technology solutions in Denmark. Thanks to the new technology center we are now able to make even better use of our competency. The building complex in Hvidovre has over 2,300 m² of office area and nearly 7,000 m² of warehouse space. The expanded high bay warehouse is oriented to a storage capacity of 4,500 tons. All in all with the new center Bossard has created the conditions for customers to be able to quickly and efficiently have the required goods and services at their disposal.
