GF Machining Solutions, eine Division von GF, hat zwei grosse Aufträge renommierter Hersteller von Elektronikgeräten erhalten. Der Bereich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie gehört zu den zentralen Marktsegmenten von GF Machining Solutions.
Die Aufträge umfassen über 100 Maschinen, mit denen die nächste Generation von High-End-Elektronikgeräten produziert wird. Sie beinhalten sowohl Elektroerosions- (EDM) als auch Fräsmaschinen im Wert von über USD 20 Mio. Die Maschinen werden in der Schweiz und in China produziert und in den nächsten sechs Monaten ausgeliefert.
GF Machining Solutions bietet Werkzeugmaschinen, Automationslösungen und Kundendienstleistungen für die Produktion von Formen, Werkzeugen und hochwertigen Metallteilen. Die Division betreibt Produktionsstätten in der Schweiz, in Schweden und in China und betreut in über 50 Ländern mit ihren eigenen Verkaufsgesellschaften die Kunden vor Ort.
Major orders in Asia for GF Machining Solutions
Feb 10, 2016 7:00 AMGF Machining Solutions, a division of GF, has received two major orders from well-known electronic device manufacturers. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector is one of the key market segments of GF Machining Solutions.
The orders consist of more than 100 machines to be used for the manufacture of the next generation of high-end electronic devices. They include Electric Discharge Machines (EDM) as well as milling machines for a total value exceeding USD 20 million. The machines are produced at the GF Machining Solutions production facilities in Switzerland and in China and will be delivered in the upcoming six months.
GF Machining Solutions provides machine tools, automation solutions and customer services for the production of molds, dies and high value-added metal parts. The division has manufacturing facilities in Switzerland, Sweden and China, and serves its customers through its own sales companies in more than 50 countries.
GF comprises three divisions GF Piping Systems, GF Automotive, and GF Machining Solutions. Founded in 1802, the Corporation is headquartered in Switzerland and is present in 31 countries, with 126 companies, 47 of them production facilities.
