23. Februar 2016: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass keine Pflicht von EFG Bank European Financial Group SA und/oder von Banco BTG Pactual S.A. besteht, ein öffentliches Kaufangebot für alle Namenaktien von EFG International AG zu unterbreiten.

23 Février 2016: La Commission des OPA a constaté que EFG Bank European Financial Group SA et/ou Banco BTG Pactual S.A. ne sont pas dans l’obligation de présenter une offre publique d’acquisition pour les actions nominatives de EFG International AG.

23 February 2016: The Swiss Takeover Board has determined that there is no obligation of EFG Bank European Financial Group SA and/or Banco BTG Pactual S.A. to launch a public takeover offer for all registered shares of EFG International AG.
