Die dorma+kaba Gruppe hat heute Pro-forma-Finanzkennzahlen des Geschäftsjahres 2014/2015 mit Bilanzstichtag 30. Juni 2015 und des Geschäftshalbjahres 2014/2015 mit Bilanzstichtag 31. Der Zusammenschluss der Dorma Gruppe und der Kaba Gruppe wurde am 1. September 2015 vollzogen. Die Pro-forma-Finanzkennzahlen für das vor dem Zusammenschluss am 30. Juni 2015 abgeschlossene Geschäftsjahr 2014/2015 wurden rückwirkend ermittelt, um eine bessere Vergleichbarkeit künftiger Ergebnisse zu ermöglichen.
Die Resultate zum 1. Geschäftshalbjahr 2015/2016 (Stichtag: 31. Dezember 2015) der dorma+kaba Gruppe werden am 7. März 2016 veröffentlicht.

Rümlang, 29.02.2016dorma+kaba Group today published pro forma financial key figures for the combined Group for fiscal year 2014/2015 ended on 30 June 2015 as well as for the first half year of fiscal year 2014/2015 ended on 31 December 2014. All the published information relating to the pro forma key figures is available in the download box to the right.
The merger of Dorma Group and Kaba Group was completed on 1 September 2015. The pro forma financial key figures for the fiscal year 2014/2015, ended on 30 June 2015 before the merger took place, have been calculated retroactively to facilitate a better comparability with future results.
dorma+kaba Group’s results for the first half-year of 2015/2016 (ended on 31 December 2015) will be published on 7 March 2016.
