Biel, 3. März 2016, 07.00 Uhr. - Die Mikron Holding AG hat von der Veraison SICAV, Zürich, ein Traktandierungsbegehren für die Generalversammlung vom 12. April 2016 erhalten. Die Veraison SICAV beantragt darin, die Dekotierungskompetenz vom Verwaltungsrat an die Generalversammlung zu übertragen.
Die Veraison SICAV, Zürich, hält 1'674'897 Namenaktien mit einem Nennwert von total CHF 167'489.70 (10,02% des Aktienkapitals).
Der Verwaltungsrat der Mikron Holding AG wird den Antrag traktandieren und zu gegebener Zeit dazu Stellung nehmen.

Biel, 3 March 2016, 7.00 a.m. - Mikron Holding AG has received a request for inclusion of an item on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on 12 April 2016 from Veraison SICAV, Zurich. Veraison SICAV is proposing that the delisting competence will be transferred from the Board of Directors to the General Meeting.
Veraison SICAV holds 1'674'897 registered shares with a total par value of CHF 167'489.70 (10,02% of the share capital).
The Board of Directors will include the item on the agenda and respond in due course.
