Nestlé's new 2015 Annual Report outlines our financial performance over the past year. It includes the Nestlé in society report, which tracks the progress we've made towards meeting our commitments to society, including the company's work to empower women, as we celebrate International Women's Day.

In their letter to shareholders that introduces the Annual Report, Nestlé Chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe and the Chief Executive Officer Paul Bulcke said they were confident that Nestlé will continue to deliver on its long-term growth target.

Discussing Nestlé Health Science and Nestlé Skin Health, they said the company's size and scale allowed it to invest heavily in new areas that potentially offer "great benefits for society".
