GENEVA, Switzerland, 9 March 2016 – Temenos Group AG (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of mission-critical software to financial institutions globally, today announces a change to the composition of its Executive Committee.

After the appointment of Max Chuard as Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer in December 2015, the company has today made a change to its Executive Committee: Mike Davis will step down from the Executive Committee effective immediately and will continue in his role as Client Director, reporting to Max Chuard.
