Jahresendbewertung 2015: Der Verwaltungsrat der ProgressNow! invest AG teilt mit, dass der Innere Wert (Net Asset Value) der ProgressNow! invest AG-Aktie per 31. Dezember 2015 nach der Jahresendbewertung negativ ist bzw. CHF -0.28 pro Aktie (ungeprüfte Zahl) beträgt.
Für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 erwartet die ProgressNow! invest AG einen Periodenverlust von CHF 2.96 Mio. bzw. CHF 4.22 pro Aktie. Der Hauptteil dieses Verlustes ist auf die Neubewertung der Aktien der Velico Medical, Inc per 30. Juni 2015 von USD 0.30 auf USD 0.06 pro Aktie zurückzuführen.
Konkurseröffnung über die ProgressNow! invest AG
Wie mit Pressemitteilung vom 3. März 2016 mitgeteilt, war der Verwaltungsrat gezwungen, am 3. März 2016 die Deponierung der Bilanz aufgrund Zahlungsunfähigkeit und der drohenden Überschuldung der Gesellschaft zu beschliessen. Gestützt auf die Bilanzdeponierung eröffnete die Einzelrichterin im summarischen Verfahren des Bezirksgerichts Frauenfeld per 8. März 2016, 11.00 Uhr, den Konkurs über die ProgressNow! invest AG.
Der Vollständigkeit halber ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass gegen den Entscheid innert 10 Tagen beim Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau Beschwerde erhoben werden kann. Eine Beschwerde hemmt Rechtskraft und Vollstreckbarkeit des angefochtenen Entscheids nicht.
Year-end valuation 2015: The board of directors of ProgressNow! invest AG announce that the net asset value of the ProgressNow! invest AG share per December 31st 2015 is negative, that is CHF -0.28 per share (preliminary undaudited figure).
ProgressNow! invest AG expects a loss for the year of CHF 2.96 Mio., CHF 4.22 per share. The loss is mainly due to the reduction in the valuation of Velico Medical, Inc as per June 30th 2015 from USD 0.30 to USD 0.06 per share.
Opening of bankruptcy proceedings over ProgressNow! invest AG:
As communicated in the press release of March 3rd 2016, the board of directors was forced to deposit the balance sheet with the bankruptcy judge as a result of insolvency and the threat of overindebtedness. Based on this the judge of the district court of Frauenfeld opened the bankruptcy of ProgressNow! invest AG in summary proceedings on March 8th 2016 at 11:00 am.
For completeness it should be noted that an appeal against the decision can be filed within 10 days at the high court of the Canton of Thurgau. An appeal does not affect the validity and enforceability of the decision.
