(NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) today announced that its 2015 Annual Report, including proxy materials for its 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”), is available through the company's website at: http://www.deepwater.com/investor-relations/financial-reports. In addition, shareholders of record will be mailed instructions on how to request a paper copy of the company's 2015 Annual Report and 2016 Proxy Statement in advance of the AGM, which will be held at 5 p.m. Swiss time, on May 12, 2016, in Cham, Switzerland. |
