Nestlé Skin Health to form non-prescription acne joint venture with Guthy-Renker


Nestlé Skin Health S.A. has entered into a definitive agreement with Guthy-Renker LLC, a leading direct marketing company, to acquire a majority stake in a joint venture focused on the global consumer acne market. The new venture will unite Nestlé Skin Health's scientific expertise with Guthy-Renker's consumer insights and digital expertise under the Proactiv brand, the world's leading non-prescription acne brand.
