Airopack Technology Group delays publication of 2015 financial results 

Baar, 24th March 2016 - Airopack Technology Group AG ("ATG") today
announces that it will delay the publication of its 2015 financial results.
ATG has taken this decision because its financial results are largely
determined by the Airolux joint venture, whose figures are not available at
this moment.

As communicated in the ad-hoc release of 7th January 2016, ATG has
undertaken steps to initiate a formal termination of its Airolux joint
venture. In view of these developments, the 2015 annual accounts of the
joint venture Airolux are not yet available. Therefore, ATG will delay the
publication of its 2015 financial results to no later than 29th April 2016.
