Delisting ProgressNow! invest AG in liquidation, Frauenfeld

On 8 March 2016, ProgressNow! invest Ltd in liquidation (Swiss Security Number 1’051’086 / ISIN CH0010510862) was declared bankrupt. On 21 March 2016 the bankruptcy office of the canton of  Thurgau as the responsible liquidator applied for the delisting of all of the company’s listed registered shares with a par value of CHF 50 each. SIX Exchange Regulation granted the application on 5 April 2016. The delisting will take place on 31 May 2016, the last trading day on SIX Swiss Exchange will be on 30 May 2016.

Mit Entscheid vom 8. März 2016 wurde über ProgressNow! invest AG in Liquidation (Valoren-Nr. 1‘051‘086 / ISIN CH0010510862) der Konkurs eröffnet. Das Konkursamt Thurgau hat als zuständige Liquidatorin am 21. März 2016 die Dekotierung sämtlicher an SIX Swiss Exchange kotierter Namenaktien mit einem Nennwert von je CHF 50 beantragt. SIX Exchange Regulation hat diesem Gesuch am 5. April 2016 entsprochen. Die Dekotierung erfolgt per 31. Mai 2016, letzter Handelstag an SIX Swiss Exchange ist der 30. Mai 2016.

La decision du 8 mars 2016 a prononcé la faillite de ProgressNow! invest SA en liquidation (numéro de valeur 1'051’086 / ISIN CH0010510862). L’office des faillites du Canton Thurgovie en tant que liquidatrice a demandé à SIX Swiss Exchange le 21 mars 2016 la décotation de toutes les actions nominatives avec une valeur nominale de CHF 50 par action de la société. SIX Exchange Regulation a agréé cette requête le 5 avril 2016. La décotation aura lieu le 31 mai 2016, le dernier jour de négoce à SIX Swiss Exchange sera le 30 mai 2016.
