Fire accident in part of Leclanché factory in Germany on 7th of April early
morning
  - No personnel injury

  - Leclanché has contingency plans in place to meet its customer delivery
    commitments

Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland / Willstätt, Germany 07.04.2016 
Leclanché GmbH in Willstätt suffered a fire accident in a section of the
factory on Thursday the 7th of April around 6:00 am. The local fire
fighting brigades have extinguished the fire. Measurements of the fire
fighting brigades have shown no health risks for the people in the vicinity
of the factory.

Two employees who have inhaled fumes were sent to hospital for
precautionary checks. They have been released safe a couple of hours later.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The production in
Willstätt has been stopped today.
Leclanché has activated the contingency plans in place and is confident to
meet all its delivery commitments to customers.
