Die Burkhalter Holding AG, Zürich, wurde informiert, dass geplant ist, aus dem Bestand bestehender Aktionäre (keine Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats oder der Geschäftsleitung) ein Aktienpaket im Umfang von bis zu 320‘000 Namenaktien zu platzieren. Die Veräusserung erfolgt im Rahmen eines Accelerated Bookbuilding und richtet sich an institutionelle Investoren.
Die Zürcher Kantonalbank agiert in dieser Transaktion als Lead Manager. Angaben über das Ergebnis der Platzierung werden nach Abschluss der Transaktion so rasch als möglich veröffentlicht.
