Im Rahmen eines Accelerated Bookbuilding wurden heute 317‘983 Namenaktien der Burkhalter Holding AG zu CHF 112 je Titel bei institutionellen Investoren erfolgreich platziert.
Das Bookbuilding konnte heute Morgen abgeschlossen werden. Die Bücher waren überzeichnet, was die Attraktivität der Burkhalter-Aktien unterstreicht.
Die Zürcher Kantonalbank agierte bei dieser Transaktion als Lead Manager.
