Nestlé Research was onboard today as Solar Impulse set off from Honolulu, Hawaii, on the latest leg of its around the world journey.
Our researchers have developed tailor-made menus to suit the challenges faced by Solar Impulse's pilots Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg, providing optimal nutrition as they try to circumnavigate the globe.
