KKR und Stefano Pessina haben durch die Sprint Investments 2 GmbH gehaltene Beteiligung von 25% auf leicht über 20% reduziert. Damit erhöht sich der Free Float der Galenica Aktie (im Umlauf befindliche Aktien) deutlich.
Die Galenica Gruppe und Alliance Boots gründeten 1999 eine strategische Partnerschaft, durch die sich Alliance Boots mit 25% an der Galenica Gruppe beteiligte. Obwohl sich die Besitzverhältnisse des Aktienpaketes 2007 mit der Beteiligung der Private Equity Unternehmung KKR und 2014 mit der Zusammenführung von Alliance Boots und Walgreens geändert haben – heute wird das Aktienpaket von der Sprint Investments 2 GmbH gehalten – haben KKR und Stefano Pessina Galenica in den vergangenen Jahren weiterhin begleitet und unterstützt.
Galenica ist eine diversifizierte Unternehmensgruppe im Gesundheitsmarkt, die unter anderem Pharmazeutika entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt, Apotheken führt, Logistikdienstleistungen anbietet sowie Datenbanken offeriert und Netzwerke etabliert. KKR and Stefano Pessina reduce the stake held through Sprint Investments 2 GmbH from 25% to slightly above 20%, thereby significantly increasing the free float of the Galenica share (shares in circulation).
In 1999, the Galenica Group and Alliance Boots formed a strategic partnership that granted Alliance Boots a 25% stake in the Galenica Group. Although the ownership structure of the share package changed with the investment of private equity firm KKR in 2007 and the merger of Alliance Boots and Walgreens in 2014 – it is currently held by Sprint Investments 2 GmbH – KKR and Stefano Pessina have continued to assist and support Galenica in recent years.
Galenica is a diversified Group active throughout the healthcare market which, among other activities, develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products, runs pharmacies, provides logistical and database services and sets up networks. KKR et Stefano Pessina ont réduit la participation détenue par Sprint Investments 2 GmbH de 25% à légèrement plus de 20%, augmentant ainsi sensiblement le flottant de l’action Galenica (actions en circulation).
Le Groupe Galenica et Alliance Boots ont noué un partenariat stratégique en 1999, en vertu duquel Alliance Boots détenait une participation de 25% dans le Groupe Galenica. Bien que les rapports de propriété du lot d’actions aient évolué en 2007 avec la participation de la société de private equity KKR et en 2014 avec la fusion d’Alliance Boots et de Walgreens (le lot d’actions est aujourd’hui détenu par Sprint Investments 2 GmbH), KKR et Stefano Pessina ont continué d’accompagner et de soutenir Galenica ces dernières années.
Galenica est un groupe d’entreprises diversifié du marché de la santé qui exerce notamment ses activités dans le développement, la production et la distribution de médicaments, la gestion de pharmacies, les services logistiques ainsi que dans l’exploitation de banques de données et de réseaux.
