Galenica will ihr Logistikgeschäft stärken
Galenica plant, über ihre Pharmagrossistin Galexis die Übernahme der Ärzte-Grossistin Pharmapool. Die Integration bietet beiden Unternehmen eine interessante Synergieeffizienz über die gemeinsamen Aktivitäten im Bereich selbstdispensierende Ärzte und eine gestärkte Basis, dieses Geschäft weiter zu festigen und auszubauen. Die Pharmapool AG wird unter dem bisherigen Namen ihre Dienstleistungen am Markt anbieten und führungsmässig bei der Galenica Gruppe innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Services integriert werden.

Galenica prévoit d’acquérir le grossiste en propharmacie Pharmapool par le biais de son grossiste Galexis. L’intégration offre aux deux entreprises un potentiel d’efficience synergétique prometteur par le biais de leurs activités communes dans le domaine des médecins dispensants ainsi qu’une base renforcée pour continuer à consolider cette activité. Pharmapool SA proposera ses services sur le marché sous son nom actuel et sera intégrée dans le Groupe Galenica en termes de gestion au sein du Domaine d’activités Services.

Galenica aims to strengthen its logistics business
Galenica plans to acquire physicians wholesaler Pharmapool through its own wholesale company Galexis. As a result of the integration, both firms stand to benefit from interesting synergies arising from joint activities with self-dispending physicians and a strengthened base for consolidating and further expanding the business. Pharmapool Ltd. will continue to offer its services on the market under its current name, while it will be integrated into the Galenica Group as part of the Services Business sector.
