Changes to the Board of Directors at SIX

The general meeting of shareholders of SIX has elected Dr Shannon Thyme Klinger, Dr Jürg Bühlmann and Stefan Helfenstein as new members of the Board of Directors. They are replacing Dr Barbara Kessler, Hermann Wirz and Dr Philipp Halbherr, who did not stand for re-election.


Mutationen im Verwaltungsrat von SIX

Die Generalversammlung von SIX hat Frau Dr. Shannon Thyme Klinger sowie die Herren Dr. Jürg Bühlmann und Stefan Helfenstein neu in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt. Sie ersetzen Frau Dr. Barbara Kessler sowie die Herren Hermann Wirz und Dr. Philipp Halbherr, die sich nicht mehr zur Wahl stellten.


Changements au sein du conseil d'administration de SIX

L'Assemblée générale de SIX a élu Mme Shannon Thyme Klinger ainsi que MM. Jürg Bühlmann et Stefan Helfenstein au sein du Conseil d'administration. Ils remplacent Mme Barbara Kessler et MM. Hermann Wirz et Philipp Halbherr, qui ne se sont pas représentés.
