Arbon, 22. April 2016 – Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG haben anlässlich der 29. ordentlichen Generalversammlung alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrats gutgeheissen. Die bestehenden sieben Verwaltungsräte wurden in ihrem Amt bestätigt.
Dr. Christoph Schönenberger hat sich entschieden, als Divisionsleiter der Gebäudesicherheit und Geschäftsführer der Forster Profilsysteme AG zurückzutreten. Peter Spirig wird dessen Funktion zum 1. Mai 2016 übernehmen. Die AFG verkauft nicht betriebsnotwendige Immobilien in Arbon an die Mubea Präzisionsstahlrohr AG.

L’ASSEMBLÉE GÉNÉRALE VALIDE TOUTES LES MOTIONS DU CONSEIL D’ADMINISTRATION – CHANGEMENT DE DIRECTION AU SEIN DE LA DIVISION SÉCURITÉ DU BÂTIMENT
Arbon, le 22 avril 2016 – A l’occasion de la 29ème assemblée générale ordinaire, les actionnaires d’AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG ont validé toutes les motions déposées par le Conseil d’administration. Les sept membres actuels du Conseil d’administration ont été confirmés dans leur fonction.
Le Dr Christoph Schönenberger a décidé de quitter son poste de responsable de la division Sécu-rité du bâtiment et de directeur de Forster Systèmes de profilés AG. Il sera remplacé par Peter Spirig à compter du 1er mai 2016. AFG vend à Mubea Tubes d’acier de précision AG les biens immobiliers d'Arbon qui ne sont pas essentiels à l'activité de l'entreprise.

GENERAL MEETING APPROVES ALL MOTIONS PROPOSED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – CHANGE IN BUILDING SECURITY DIVISION MANAGEMENT
Arbon, 22 April 2016 – The shareholders of AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG have approved all of the motions proposed by the Board of Directors at the 29th ordinary General Meeting. The seven current Members of the Board of Directors were confirmed in their office.
Dr. Christoph Schönenberger has decided to step down as the Head of the Building Security Division and the Managing Director of Forster Profile Systems AG. Peter Spirig will assume this role on the 1. May 2016. AFG sells properties which are not longer required for operating pur-poses to Mubea Präzisionsstahlrohr AG in Arbon.
