Ein führender amerikanischer Mobilfunknetzbetreiber entscheidet sich für eine TEMS Monitor Master-Lösung von Ascom Network Testing für das VoLTE-Testing. Die Lösung ermöglicht erhebliche Kosteneinsparungen und verbessert die operative Effizienz.

Ascom Network Testing erhält einen Auftrag über USD 4 Mio von einem bedeutenden amerikanischen Mobilfunknetzbetreiber. Der Auftrag steht im Zusammenhang mit der landesweiten Implementierung der TEMS Monitor Master Lösung und ermöglicht dem Betreiber, die operative Serviceleistung von VoLTE zu testen und zu gewährleisten sowie den Kundennutzen zu verbessern.

TEMS Monitor Master erlaubt dem Betreiber das VoLTE-Netz kontinuierlich zu testen und bildet die Grundlage eines proaktiven Test- und Monitoring-Programms, das die dauerhafte Leistungsbereitstellung sichert. Dank den interaktiven Testfunktionalitäten, die TEMS Monitor Master bietet, kann der Betreiber rasch hochentwickelte Ferntests durchführen. Daraus resultieren erhebliche Effizienzsteigerungen, weil dadurch der Bedarf, Techniker vor Ort zu schicken, abnimmt.

Neben den beträchtlichen Kosteneinsparungen und Effizienzsteigerungen durch die interaktiven Funktionalitäten unterstützt die Testplattform von TEMS Monitor Master alle wesentlichen VoLTE-Service- und Netzwerktests, sodass sich Testmethoden und Best Practices über verschiedene Bereiche und konzernweit standardisieren lassen. Dies wiederum ermöglicht eine schnellere Erkennung und Lösung von Serviceproblemen.

ASCOM NETWORK TESTING WAS AWARDED AN USD 4 MILLION CONTRACT BY US-BASED TIER ONE OPERATOR

US tier one operator choses TEMS Monitor Master solution from Ascom Network Testing for VoLTE testing. The solution will deliver significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency.

Ascom Network Testing has been awarded a contract worth USD 4 million by a major US wireless network operator. The award is part of a nationwide deployment of the TEMS Monitor Master solution and will enable the operator to test and assure VoLTE operational service performance, and to deliver a better subscriber experience.

TEMS Monitor Master allows the operator to continuously test its VoLTE network, providing the foundation of a proactive test and monitoring program and delivering continuous service assurance. The interactive-mode test capabilities offered by TEMS Monitor Master allow the operator to rapidly execute advanced test programs remotely. This generates considerable efficiency savings as it reduces the need to send technicians to remote sites.

In addition to the substantial cost savings and efficiency gains delivered by the Interactive Mode capabilities, the TEMS Monitor Master testing platform supports all major VoLTE service and network tests, allowing test methodology and best practice to be standardized across different departments and groups. In turn, this allows faster identification and resolution of service issues.
