HUBER+SUHNER Gruppe schliesst Übernahme von Polatis planmässig ab

Am 30. Mai 2016 unterzeichnete HUBER+SUHNER den Vertrag zur Übernahme von Polatis mit Hauptsitz in Bedford, MA/USA und Cambridge/UK (Medienmitteilung von HUBER+SUHNER am 31.5.2016). In der Zwischenzeit wurden alle rechtlichen Schritte zum Abschluss der Transaktion umgesetzt. 

Am 8. Juni 2016 wurde Polatis rechtlich ein Teil der HUBER+SUHNER Gruppe.

HUBER+SUHNER Group completes the takeover of Polatis on schedule

On 30 May 2016 HUBER+SUHNER signed the contracts to take over Polatis, a group headquartered in Bedford, MA (USA) and Cambridge, UK (press release of HUBER+SUHNER on 31 May 2016). In the meantime, all legal steps to close the transaction were implemented. 

Effective 8 June 2016, Polatis has become legally part of the HUBER+SUHNER Group.
